JingJing and ChaCha are the People's Republic of China's Internet police mascots.Their job is to remind Chinese web-surfers not to do any crazy shit. Like speak their mind for exemple.
Here I thought they could also remind people to only fap to hentai approved by the government. NSFW

This is probably going to get your site banned even more in China than it already is.
What I don't understand is what that thing is they're standing on. Is it a manhole cover? A big gray waffle? It's bugging me.
Maybe it's the door of a prisonner hole they fill with water.
This made me laugh :-)
But of course, its a serious toppic. It's a shame, that a country that produces many of our high-tec items is so "low-tec" in the goverment & social aspect.

that's believed to be a sewer cap on my first sight though.
Is it one of those weird ones with the keys placed at odd angles so no-one can use it.
BTW A 'prisoner-hole' is called an obliette. And yes I do like to show off my big brain to people.
